Privacy Policy

I only collect personal information that is necessary to process orders, and reply to queries. I will never pass on any personal information to a third party except for the purposes of fulfilling your order (which could include courier/mail services and suppliers under the terms of their privacy policy).

Purchasing work

To purchase a print or an original, please contact me through my website or email me at artbysapna@outlook.com. An invoice will be sent to you and payment will need to be made and received before items are sent.

Delivery

All deliveries will be despatched within 7 days but we will aim to send out sooner where possible. If a painting is sold before it is finished/varnished an approximate delivery date will be given.

Please note that we are not responsible for any custom taxes, tariffs or duties of any kind in regards to shipment of artwork that has been bought internationally (outside the UK). 
Prints ordered have free delivery to all UK addresses. International deliveries, will be subject to shipping costs.  
Shipping costs for original artwork within the UK and internationally will be advised through price quotation. 

Returns

 

As all prints are made to order we are unable to offer refunds/returns as in all cases these prints cannot be re-sold. However, if your item arrives damaged in anyway, please get in touch and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue. 

For any original artwork that has not been commissioned you can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your item, if you are not happy for any reason. The artwork will need to be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, through recorded delivery. Please note that both the original order and return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Commissions

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required prior to work commencing. 

Depending on how busy I am, I usually quote a 8 week time frame from start to delivery. As I work in oil paints, this time frame can take longer depending the type and size of the project, how the oil paint dries, depends on the application - all details will be discussed prior to work commencing and I will always do my utmost to get your finished piece to you as soon as possible. Work will only commence once the non-refundable deposit is received.
